I made some photos during my work about the steps, how does a silk scarf get to a wearable art. After I did paint the scarf I put it in a Steamer to fix the pigments into the silk. This is a long process. In the first step I put the hand painted silk scarf between two piece of special paper and roll it up on a cylinder. Than I put it into my Electric Silk Steamer and I let it in for 4 hours. When the scarf are ready, I let it dry and check the quality of the steaming. I will show you later what is happening after that.
